Dental

Dental benefits are provided through MetLife, so you can seek treatment from the dentist of your choice. Two options are available — a Low Plan and a High Plan. To keep your out-of-pocket costs down, use an in-network MetLife PPO dentist; choosing a PPO dentist also removes the risk of balance billing.

What you pay per paycheck.

Premium rates are specific to your group, so they live behind a secure member login rather than on this public page. The plan design, deductibles, and coverage shown here are the same for every group.

  • Active and retiree per-paycheck premiums for the Low and High plans

In-network amounts apply when you use a MetLife PPO dentist. Out-of-network care is still covered, but you may be balance-billed.
