Your UnitedHealthcare medical plan includes a set of health and wellness programs at no additional cost to you. They cover mental health, family and maternity support, weight management, and serious-illness care. Each one is run by UnitedHealthcare or one of its partners, and you enroll with the program directly using the links below.

$0 cost-shareAn 8-week, one-on-one coaching program for stress, worry, and feeling overwhelmed. You get a dedicated mental health coach, weekly sessions by phone or video, in-app messaging between sessions, and 24/7 access to tools like breathing exercises and meditations.

Child & Family Behavioral Health Coaching
No additional costCoaching for families with children ages 1–17, delivered by Bend Health. Up to four 45-minute confidential sessions a month, unlimited secure messaging with your coach, educational content, and referrals to therapists or child and adolescent psychiatrists if your family needs more support.

Included in your planIf you or a family member is facing cancer, an oncology nurse helps you navigate treatment options, find a Centers of Excellence provider, manage symptoms and side effects, and work through decisions with your doctors.

Care-coordination outreach for members with clinical needs who may benefit most from extra support closing gaps in their care.

Cancer nurse consultants who help you understand a diagnosis, its implications, and treatment options — including second opinions through the Centers of Excellence network.

Transplant Resource Services
Access to transplant care through clinical centers reviewed and qualified annually by an independent panel of practicing surgeons and physicians.
