Health & Wellness Programs

Your UnitedHealthcare medical plan includes a set of health and wellness programs at no additional cost to you. They cover mental health, family and maternity support, weight management, and serious-illness care. Each one is run by UnitedHealthcare or one of its partners, and you enroll with the program directly using the links below.

These programs are included for members enrolled in an IPFF Trust medical plan through UnitedHealthcare. Some programs also cover spouses and dependents — check each program’s details when you enroll.

Mental & behavioral health

  • AbleTo Virtual Behavioral Coaching

    $0 cost-share

    An 8-week, one-on-one coaching program for stress, worry, and feeling overwhelmed. You get a dedicated mental health coach, weekly sessions by phone or video, in-app messaging between sessions, and 24/7 access to tools like breathing exercises and meditations.

  • Child & Family Behavioral Health Coaching

    No additional cost

    Coaching for families with children ages 1–17, delivered by Bend Health. Up to four 45-minute confidential sessions a month, unlimited secure messaging with your coach, educational content, and referrals to therapists or child and adolescent psychiatrists if your family needs more support.

    An app connecting you to self-guided self-care programs and tools for your mental well-being, at your own pace. Sign in with your UnitedHealthcare account first, then set up the app.

    $0 added cost

    An app-based virtual clinic for pregnancy, postpartum, and newborn support — with 24/7 access for you and your partner. Help with your birth plan, feeding, infant sleep, returning to work, managing your mental health, and support through miscarriage and loss.

    An online weight-management program on Rally Coach. Set nutrition, exercise, and weight goals; join coach-led online group sessions; track progress from a daily dashboard. A Success Kit with scales and a portion plate ships after your first live group session.

Serious illness support

  • Cancer Support Program

    Included in your plan

    If you or a family member is facing cancer, an oncology nurse helps you navigate treatment options, find a Centers of Excellence provider, manage symptoms and side effects, and work through decisions with your doctors.

These programs run in the background of your coverage — UnitedHealthcare reaches out to eligible members directly. Call the number on your health plan ID card to ask whether one applies to you.

  • Personal Health Support (PHS 3.0)

    Care-coordination outreach for members with clinical needs who may benefit most from extra support closing gaps in their care.

  • Cancer Resource Services

    Cancer nurse consultants who help you understand a diagnosis, its implications, and treatment options — including second opinions through the Centers of Excellence network.

  • Transplant Resource Services

    Access to transplant care through clinical centers reviewed and qualified annually by an independent panel of practicing surgeons and physicians.
