Your prescription drug coverage is managed by TrueRx, the Trust’s pharmacy benefit manager. Below is how the benefit works, how to register, and the numbers to keep on hand — plus how specialty medications are handled.

Prescription coverage — TrueRx.

Effective March 1, 2026, the Trust’s pharmacy benefit manager is TrueRx (previously Capital Rx). Watch for new UHC ID cards with the new Rx information.

TrueRx manages your prescription drug costs with a nationwide pharmacy network, 24/7 member support, active price monitoring, and a mobile app + portal to track claims and find in-network pharmacies.

Use your TrueRx ID card to register. Your Rx Group Number is TRUE1350, and your member ID is the same as your UnitedHealthcare ID.

Ways to fill your prescriptions.

Beyond your local network pharmacy, your TrueRx benefit includes mail order and a low-cost online option. Both count toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.

WB Rx Express — mail order

Medication delivered to your door through WB Rx Express, a TrueRx affiliate. Sync your refills to arrive together, set prescriptions to autofill before you run out, or use WB DosePak to get your medications pre-sorted by day and time. A 90-day supply saves you money over monthly fills.

An in-network mail order pharmacy offering low-cost medications. Order through costplusdrugs.com, or reach it from the True Rx+ app or member portal. Your cost applies toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum, and your copay follows your normal pharmacy benefit.

Specialty pharmacy.

Specialty medications — the high-cost drugs used to treat complex or chronic conditions — are handled through SHARx, the Trust’s specialty pharmacy. If you’re prescribed a specialty medication, call SHARx at 1-314-451-3555 or visit sharxplan.com. TrueRx’s True Assist program can also lower what you pay for specialty-tier medications through manufacturer co-pay cards.
